I dont think thats falls on hurney as a bad pick, I think that falls on the trainers and strength and conditioning coaches.

factor in that whole conflict with Gross and he pretty much has had a consistent reputation for this

Otah dominated when on the field. Its the trainers and coaches jobs to keep him there, not Hurney's.
