Panthers Madden Rookie Ratings

I know they were being more strict, and it shows. at first when I saw some of the ratings I was wondering why they were so low. I am slightly confused with the 80 rating on Duke. There is no way that is right.

It's not so much them being more strict, as it is them making the rating scope wider.

They're making the game so that the difference between great players, and mediocre players is much clearer.

I think it's very smart, cause in Madden 09 you could have a slow LB/DE run down you're running back.

Point is, we got more highly-rated prospects in Madden than the average team. And just to reinforce the point - this wasn't meant to be an analysis of draft quality, just some interesting observations.

least they do their homework, a sweet ass 80 rating on duke in the 5th, i love it. brown got a good rating too, wait a til next year after he beasts this year.

No, wait till the middle of this coming season where he has 10 sacks and they make him a 90 =]
