Scenario Two - In the case that Fletcher Cox is going to be gone (which it's looking very likely.)

Round 1, Pick #9 - Stephon Gilmore, CB South Carolina

Greg Cosell has said that Stephon Gilmore is the absolute best CB in the draft, and even compared him to Charles Woodson. That's honestly the highest praise I believe you can give a CB. All reports of Stephon Gilmore say that he's a very hard worker, a very good teammate, and a very quiet leader, much like our other #1 CB, Chris Gamble. Gilmore has the potential to be an absolute shut-down corner, and make our defense almost impossible to pass against. Also, Gilmore is a hometown guy, coming from Rock Hill, SC.

Round 2, Pick #8 - Devon Still, DT, Penn State

Devon Still is a guy that a lot of people wanted coming into the draft. He's strong, he's physical, and he can generate some pass rush from the 3 technique. Still suffered from not having an outstanding Combine, but that's not to say his Combine was bad. After a great performance by Poe, Cox rising up the board, and the ever present Brockers, Still just happens to be the guy who's looked over. Even though Still believes he's the best DT in this year's Draft. Still gives us an immediate starter at the UT position, can help free up Hardy and Johnson, and allows the LBs to flow freely in McDermott's defense.
