If he agreed to restructure, I think it is a no brainer.

His best years were in Jim Johnson's scheme and a 5th or 6th for a player who could be a pro-bowler is a non brainer.

The only downside is that there is no way he takes a pay cut or restructures his deal.

I'd wait until the Eagles are forced to cut him and pick him up then.

His agent said if he were traded he'd be willing to take 2.5mil/year form his contract.

Still, the time to make a move for him last year. We paid Williams. I'd rather having an aging stud CB than an aging Stud RB who is only a piece of a run game.

He wa available last year. Last year could of been realistic to bring him in if Carolina wanted him..... Carolina can't consider an expensive CB currently

He can't/won't play inside, and as a matter of fact, he only plays the side of the field that Gamble usually plays.

I agree on the money....

But you can't get a rookie to give you comparable play. Samuel is flat out great at what he does

I would rather have 1 of the top 2 CB in the draft. Cheaper and younger and can develop.
