Yahoo Sports Contributer Really Likes Jordan Senn

top dawg

Anyone saying he was awesome just looked at a stat sheet and saw some tackles..... and makes an assumption

Senn wasn't good. Scary people think that was awesome

Just an observation but when most people defend a LB they look at the stats. Funny how it works when someone likes a player but when they don't those same stats are stupid and worthless.

The blogger said he replaced Beason... I think he replaced the OLB position and I believe( not 100% sure) he was the 3rd sting. The team beleived in him enough to let him test FA. He's great as STer wouldn't want him startng unless we absolutly have too.

Senn is to the defense alot like what Nick Goings was to the offense when he was here. Good st player, versital backup and a guy you like to have on the team. But if you go into the season with him as your starter, you got problems.

I like Senn but in no way is he a every down player. He can rack up the tackles but is a liability in coverage to say the least. He had a chance to test the waters but found his true worth. Reserve Lb'er and St'er.

Yeah, he is a liability is coverage ad racked up tackles as we got gashed on the ground. He was a reason why teams tab with ease to the outside.

Special teams. We don't want to rely on him as a LB again

I think the coaching staff and players disagree. We will see this season when he is backing up TD.

Senn wasn't good at all last year. Not as a LB. They let him test the market.... no one wanted him. They brought him back to play special teams and bc we have zero LB depth.

We don't want Senn as TDs backup....that means he will be our OLB. Means he will get abused again. Did you watch him last year?

Senn is fine on special teams and is a good backup. I am not worries about being undersized as one of our all time great, Mills was considered undersized. He came out in 2008 as a safety and ran a 4.5 in the 40. Is it just me or does he seems much slower than that on the field???????

Dude you call this guy terrible without any proof to back you up but then go to the stats when you want to prove one of the guys you like is great. Way to be a hypocrite.
