With the young WR core we have now I don't see the need to bring in a sub par veteran WR.

Wait I kind of do but his name is Braylon Edwards and he's a FA.

If Gettis has a year that we all think he is capable of our WR core should be very solid. LaFell was extremely reliable for us last season. The guy can make spectacular catches, a decent route runner and the physical attributes to be a good WR. Gettis brings us fly down the field capability and another big body WR to throw it up to at the #2 WR position, so unless someone (god forbid) get hurt I see no way this happening.

After that we have a great competition for the #4 and #5 slot on our actual roster which between Manno, Pilares, Ajirotutu, and hopefully a draft pick choice our WR hasn't seen depth like that since..............i don't even know when
