The author of this article is doing an interview on local Portland radio right now. He just said when straight lace players like Stewart were there the number of pot smokers was down compared to when the team leaders were guys like Akili Smith. Stewart doesn't smoke weed.

Don't know about Stewie, but I know for a fact that Peppers smoked. He brought his Rolls Royce to a friend of mine (not a football fan) job ( body shop for high end cars) and there were several blunt wraps in the car. He sent me a few pics. The funny thing was it was the summer before the 07' season.

If the man smokes but passes his drug tests and excels at his job, what right does anybody have to criticize/condemn him?

Pretty much. But honestly, it doesn't even require a suspension or a failed test.

Look up the story of Stanley Wilson at Super Bowl XXIII.

Ask him if the high he got that day was worth what it cost him.

Better yet, ask his Bengal teammates if it mattered to them, or how often they think about what could've been.

I don't disagree about the suspension risk, but to compare weed and cocaine is straight-up outrageous.
