Interior offensive linemen do not get drafted in the top 10. Amazing interior OL prospects go in the mid-1st round. Great interior OL prospects go in the later portion of the 1st. Really good ones go in the 2cd. The only OL prospects that go in the top 10 are elite LT prospects.

Interior OL are positions where darn good prospects can be found in the middle rounds. They just aren't priority positions for most teams.

If our coaching staff evaluates him and decides hes a perfect fit, he's gonna get picked in the same way cam did.

Decastro has a very low bust rate, his highly mobile style fits this offense, we could def use a guard (weakest part of our line), nothing wrong with protecting the future of the franchise (cam).

Taking a guard in the top 10 used to be a reach, but with rookie wage scale now it's really not that big of a deal. This is a deep draft class for guards so him being projected so much higher just speaks volumes of his play.
