Ruff's Penultimate Mock!

I know I said that I did my last mock, but, it's just too damn fun to stop. This is my penultimate mock, meaning, I think this is going to be what closely resembles what happens the day of the Draft. There is no fake trades, no dream scenarios. I didn't pick people in a dream-scenario place.

1^st Round, Pick #9 –Fletcher Cox, DT, Mississippi State

don't like the Darron Thomas pick. question whether Joe Adams can be a starter or just a good KR/PR...and do not see Terrell Manning falling that far(should go 3rd rd)...and...I see Trumaine Johnson more as a safety prospect.

I agree this things are addicting lol, good mock though I just don't get waiting until round 7 for a guard. We really need to find a starter there

I like it well enough. I agree 100% with your point about taking a P, I'd much rather spend a late 6th or 7th round pick and be a little surer than rolling the dice on an UDFA P.

I like the Punter pick. I feel like with all the hype about Joe Adams someone is going to take him in the 3rd.

Darron Thomas doesn't make sense. The only thing he has remotely in common with Cam is his skin color. He's tiny and doesn't run the ball well. He played in a spread but it wasn't really an option spread like cam. His arm is weak. I think the reality is Cam is one of a kind. You're not going to get anyone remotely close to him. You might as well develop the guys already on the roster. Jimmy is way better than Darron Thomas, it's not even close.

I'm skeptical of Tru. Nothing against him but Rashard Anderson ruined small school DBs for me.

I would like to see us pick up a late round safety. It won't happen because we just signed two but I'd love to send Sherrod Martin packing.

I would make a lot of your picks in my mock except Thomas in the 6th round. But I like it.
