You always talk about not caring for your teams no matter the circumstance, well newsflash... you didn't even care about the Panthers until they drafted Cam and you didn't even care if he was good or not; you just wanted him because he is black.

You are an insult to the human race and honestly I hope some one in your life knock the living f*ck out of you to teach you some manners.

In a previous thread you insulted one of our U.S. Military Men and if you ever do that again (you can trust me on this), I will find you, and beat the living hell out of you. Don't you ever insult our women and men in uniform who give you the opportunity to get up everyday in a free country and actually watch athletics.

Good game tonight, it's good to see both teams not giving up and playing hard, I thought it was going to be Bobcats win, especially after that crazy 3rd qtr with like 6 made goals. I actually have huge respect for you repping your team at such a low point and taking so much flak. It's really easy to jump onboard when the team is doing well, but it takes a true fan to stick through the bad, I know, I've been a Saints fan since early 80's and after Hebert left for Falcons! Good luck with lottery, I think the Bobcats need that #1 pick more than any other team.

Something I have noticed in the few Bobcats games I've watched, it seems like the coach is at a funeral, no energy, not much encouraging of players, etc. I don't know enough to give educated opinion, but watching how Monty coaches is completely different. Also, I have heard from many tv analyst that MJ is pretty bad owner and players historically make bad owners. I only mention that because I think the Bobcats are much better than there record and the problem might be with staff. Don't take that as an insult, just sharing my opinion.

I'm glad I wasn't at the arena last night. I bet the "we want the Hornets back" brigade was in full force chanting that Charlotte Hornets stuff. Probably made Charlotte look like an even bigger bandwagon city than it already is. I laugh when I see Charlotte folks clown Atlanta for how bad they are towards they're sports teams. It's the same way in Charlotte, and I've been a witness of it for years. I sometimes feel the city doesn't need a basketball team...

Well since this is a Hornets forum and this thread was started by a Hornets fan, I think its appropiate this be the Game Thread. I hope TWC Arena is buzzing tonight. Lets show NO we beelieve in them more than they know. Wink wink! Bring back the Hive tonight Charlotte! Cheer hard for our real team! I hope John Morgan and gang are in attendance and start more cheers.

Where are all the Hornets fans at? God? Diddy? MrTD? J Mo? Blitz? I know you guys are watching, rooting against the Bobs. Speak up!!!!!! Must be waiting to gloat after the game when the weather is fairer.

Sorry I couldn't take part in the thread King. Last night I was at the arena. You know, financially supporting my home team/town and all that.

Charlotte is a Nascar town. Charlotte cares more about race and politics than sports. I think the whole Cam saga last offseason showcased that. Every african american in this city and region knows whats up with Charlotte.

KT, I'm not sure about the "race and politics" part of your statement b/c Charlotte overall is a very accepting, liberal city. The state, in general, hasn't had a liberal governor twice in the past 100 years.

Sure, there are some morons who live in the backwards parts of the state who are ignorant to change, but just because you had a bad interaction with a redneck gas station attendant a couple years ago doesn't make every white person a racist or idiot.

And as your NASCAR statement goes, NASCAR pumps more money into Charlotte and the surrounding area that the Bobcats can only dream of. Especially if they're going to win <10 games a year.

AA's have it great in this city. AA mayor, AA president, AA finalist for super-intendent...and not to mention the "catch & release" philosophy practiced by the CMPD....

NASCAR is a fading regional sport, hence so much migration to the Bobcats and the NBA. The "boom" NASCAR experienced in the mid 2000s that led many to come in here and proclaim "NBA sucks, Bobcats sucks, there all thugs, NASCAR is better!" is gone. Even college bball is waning, so now you guys want to be "passionate NBA" fans again. This like most fads will pass and you'll be denying in a year you even dissed the Cats, much like you guys do Cam now.

      This is a wild statement it’s to late to save his season with six games left? That mountain of bad film as a rookie with trash coaching a weak azz line and dismal WRs. Guys that can’t catch on with other teams or guys traded to teams that are subpar at best. We put Bryce in a terrible situation to start his career does that matter to you or you feel he should’ve, as a rookie elevate this dumpster fire. If you’re giving him a fair assessment judge him off the last four games a good o-line decent WRs still not comparable to any other young QB WR room Hou (tank/nico..) Tua (Hill/Waddle) Caleb (Moore/Rome/Allen) let’s see what he can do with a decent structure around him for the next few weeks then let’s revisit how we’re going to grade or assess his performances.

      As a bit of counterpoint, if he wanted to continue his professional career then handling it like a mature adult was the only option. Dude had been playing like absolute ass and needed to own it. It's great that he did but it's not like he didn't have a large amount of self interest in doing so. Not picking on Bryce specifically here, as this applies to any player or even anyone struggling early in their career. And he still has a long way to go, but signs are positive.

      I agree he could still develop, but I think that could still be developed in practice. Just after a scary injury like that, I'm nervous to see him get reps in a live game situation when the best possible outcome is nothing more than worsening our draft selection. That said, I'm 100% not a doctor, so if he's clear to play, he wants to play, and there's no potential of aggravating this injury (which by all accounts it doesn't seem that is the case for this type of injury) then go for it, I guess.   But you hit the nail on the head. This draft class is really impressive. I can't remember the last time I was so impressed with a rookie that I'd actually prefer shutting him down. His game is so apparent that he doesn't need to prove anything at this point. Can't remember the last time that happened!
