I have dealt with cfb stats since 2005 and their tracking of anything except tackles, interceptions, forced fumbles, and other common stats aren't exactly 100% accurate.

You can look at quarterback pressures for top guys like Coples, Ingram etc... you can even look back at Suh's quarterback pressure stat from the year he was taken and tell that the quarterback pressure stat isn't accurate.

Again there is some subjectivity in quarterback hurries but most of the time it is because they may define a quarterback hurry more precisely than you do. For example you may call a hurry every time they are close to the quarterback where they may define it as causing a quarterback to hurry the ball causing an inaccurate incomplete pass. So you would see a hurry for example when the quarterback is running away from the defender but completes the pass and they wouldn't give credit for it.

No one is saying anything is 100% accurate but 30 versus 1, lets be serious.

honestly I'd rather have a DT who gets solid penetration than one of the massive run plugging DTs. even on running plays, they never really blow the play up, most runners just sorta go around them.

All I know is like what I've seen from all the guys when they are at their best which tends to be in highlight vids. Now, with all of these snaps being posted on yt you can see much more of how they play (especially linemen) who are not typically dissected by the casual fan.

I view the whole situation differently than a pro or non Fletcher scenario...my top choices are Cox, Ingram, Floyd but at the same time would be fine with the others honestly. Our team improves with whoever we select. Its just I prefer the one's who are plug and play at 9 from my own perspective.

Don't worry this ain't just at you but I don't think its necessary to get riled up on everyone's bias and football analytic perspectives...there are thousands upon thousands out there.. So KKL, I respect your opinion but you are being a little head driven right now

1. Is it a QB pressure if you force the QB to check down instead of wating for a deep route?

2. Is it a QB pressure if he is pushed out of the pocket?

Who is riled up?? If you know me at all, you know I don't take any of this seriously. This is just the first time I can remember in a long time that when an official stat was pulled up in an argument, other posters showed youtube highlights and came up with different numbers and asserted there's were more accurate. Why are you not asking the official site people?? They are the ones making the decisions and I suspect have rules dictating how it is recorded. Unless now you want to argue that your definition is more accurate and correct..........
