I am used to all women in the sports tv world being know-nothings/bimbos hired solely for pulchritude. It's annoying, I wish they were hired for knowledge, but that's the way it is. And that's the way it will always be because the large segment of viewers and bosses at networks, who are male, want it that way.

She is one of the hardest working people in the business. It seems she's at a game every night in any of the big three sports. She must have no personal life at all. I think she does a decent enough job. And yes, she is good to look at. We have enough male reporters (many of whom aren't any better than she is) who blabber all day every day. Why not have at least ONE hottie to share the load (or take my load...zing!). Oh, and I sort of dig Rachel Nichols too.

    • Entering year three, and there are reasons I would look into this more before offering a fourth or fifth. He was drafted in round 2 in 2023.  His rookie season, he played 14 games and was targeted 40 times.  Targeted 3 times a game, basically.  He caught 27 (67.5%).  A TE target/catch percentage should be higher than a WR--70-75% is considered good.  In 11 games this season, he was targeted 32 times and caught 21.  Again, about 3 receptions per game, with a target catch percentage of 66%. They decided to draft a TE after his rookie season. This means they did not see him as a #1 TE. He has not been very healthy (9 missed games in 2 seasons). Could he be better with a better QB?  Probably.  Having said all that, he is an excellent blocking TE.  I would trade a fifth for him, but only if I knew Thomas and Tremble were not coming back.
    • 4th, 5th or later for him all day. Get it done ASAP.
    • the personal problems is something that would have to be checked out, but I'd do it.  That's how we got Greg Olsen.  He was a first round pick and we traded a 3rd for him a couple of years later.  He became our best TE ever
