I couldn't care less that he smokes weed - it's as harmless as drinking or smoking cigarettes - except that it would probably lead to lots of suspensions, especially since he already has the reputation so he's going to be watched. He'll fall not because he's doing something bad, but because what he does is likely to make him less valuable to the team, sitting at home suspended.
