my legs still hurt from plyo and now it's the legs day. :( *single tear*

You're getting close to a day off though :)

Also we found yoga so boring and long we switched it our for Core Synergistic. We love Core and you don't get to do it much if you follow the work out schedule to a T.

That is a good idea. I don't know if my wife will go for that though, she loves yoga.

I'm sure I probably would. But also, I would find it pretty boring and needlessly exerting.

A skinny guy with low body fat like me doesn't really need an intense cardio workout. I already have abs, I already have pretty good muscle definition.

That's why I went with P90X. Insanity is more for burning fat and endurance. Two things I'm not as concerned about. I want to become more tone and built.
