good luck getting through it. and btw, the plyo isn't that bad [you actually feel really, really good about yourself afterward].

mark it: what will kill you is the yoga.

I will admit I do not do the whole yoga routine. I get too bored.

You should be more specific.....Hot yoga will kill you...fug that poo..fug it right in the butt!!!...and then they made it 90 min long!!! I have never been so sore and walked like I had 4 cucumbers stuck up up there for 4 straight days

but a regular hour long yoga class is great

well, it's not really a "fad." then again, i've only heard of fad diets; not fad work outs. p90x, as you probably know by now, are for those whom are already physically fit and wish to push it to the next level/maintain.

Yeah, I've quickly realized how weak my core is and how bad my balance is.

I just got the Insanity workout from one of my coworkers. Apparently it's the next step up from p90x. It looks scary, idk if I can do it.

I've heard it's more cardio stuff not as much lifting. I haven't heard it's any harder just different.

Yes, I, Jase, the one who has always preached at people who go on some fad workout system, have started p90x. Partially for me, partially for the wife who wants to lose the baby weight.

Knowing what I know about 90% of people who try a fad exercise like this, it's likely that I'll quit within the first month.

So if you correctly guess the week I quit, you win something special from me to you.

I quit after a few weeks just because of the time commitment. P90x isn't a fad or a trick. If you work out for an hour and a half a day and eat right your gonna lose weight. I just don't have an hour and half to work out 6 days a week.
