NFL spokesman Greg Aiello says it’s “bogus.”

Though the league necessarily can’t keep a lid on information that goes out to the 32 teams, the league office guards zealously the regular-season schedule. Since the teams don’t get it, the teams can’t leak it.

The regular-season schedule will be released before the draft. There’s rarely much advance notice before the thing comes out.

why? as a panthers fan it was disappointing as hell. terrible, meaningless lineup for the primetime games.

Disagree. At San Diego was a good matchup Rivera and Tolberts former team (not to mention the classic the two teams played the last time we were there). The defending superbowl champs at home (what's not to love about that?) Panthers at Falcons (they have already been a heated rival of ours).

Not to mention 4:00 starts for the Broncos, Cowboys, and Bears games.

The only thing I would have like to see would be a 4:00 start or primetime slot for a Saints game.

Everything else was solid from a panther perspective.
