Wilks Comments On Draft And Current Roster

please start quoting the articles you want us to read or something. I'm tired of having to click the links and waiting for like 5 minutes for them to load

The article was written 2 months ago and says very little about what he thinks. He was a new hire and gave everything a positive spin. Given the 2 additions at safety already it appears that we are looking for competition and possible upgrades. I suspect we will take a corner in the draft as well. We clearly needed to improve the secondary and seem to going down that road. When your defense was as bad as ours last year, you are looking to improve across the board.

Rivera wasn't happy last year with the defense, who would be??

Exactly. Is a new supervisor going to trash the guys he works with after 1 week on the job?? No... So he advocates for the boss to hire a few more guys in those spots instead and suddenly either the old employee gets better or he gets replaced. Either way you win.
