I think saying you are an "elite" like Eli did can even be risky, but he atleast had a reason for saying that... Only four quarterbacks have an argument for saying they are the best. Aaron Rodgers, Tom Brady, Peyton Manning, and Drew Brees. All have been MVP's (besides Brees despite his fantastic numbers and record breaking seasons). They have all won superbowls.... My point being, the only thing he can argue for is who has a better unibrow. Him or Anthony Davis.

In fact don't even read the article, here's exactly what he says

"I assume everybody thinks they're a top-five quarterback," Flacco told WNST 1570 in Baltimore. "I mean, I think I'm the best. I don't think I'm top five, I think I'm the best. I don't think I'd be very successful at my job if I didn't feel that way. I mean, c'mon? That's not really too tough of a question."

It's one thing to "think" you're the best, and another to actually "be" the best..... Flaco was brought into a great team, and that's all he has going for him. I wouldnt even put him in the top 1/2 of NFL starting QB's. If it weren't for that defense, he would have Zero playoff wins.
