It's all fun to joke about the Madden curse and poo but when it comes down to it if you're not a superstitious person then why would it matter?

Myself I choose not to believe that there is a demon following around every Madden cover player trying to fug them up and only through the divine intervention of Jesus Christ himself does any player escape career murder. But then again I also don't believe in: ghosts, vampires (sparkly or otherwise), werewolves, little green men, or intelligent conversation on the internet.

This is the NFL. People get hurt. People have bad seasons. Being printed on a video game cover does not affect this in any way. Did you know that we had quite a few players who ended up on IR last year who were not on the cover of Madden? I had to look this up myself but it's true...

When it comes down to it if Cam wins the cover after his rookie season that's an accomplishment and I'm happy for him.

They always have players doing an in-game action but I'd jizz myself if they let him do the Superman on it.

The No Fun League probably wouldn't allow it though. Could be wrong but I heard they made EA take Rodger's discount double check out of 12.
