Panthers Apparently "love" Luke Kuechly

Then you should go have a little chat with Rivera and convince him to CHANGE the defensive scheme that we are going to run. You cannot compare positions on teams that run completely different schemes.

4-3 dlines I can. I'm not comparing 3-4s vs 4-3s and bitching cuz we dont haz a Clay Matthews

I really want to address CB and DL in the first and second. If there was a guarantee our starting LBs can play a full season, then they would be our only big needs. I would like to get Claiborne + Jerel Worthy in the second, but that's just wishful nonsense. The only way I would be comfortable getting a no-impact DT in the first is if we get Cox along with Janoris in the second. This scenario seems just as unlikely as the first though. Nobody really knows how far Janoris will fall until draft day. I think we can all agree that having the #9 pick blows. I really doubt anyone would want to trade up to that spot seeing as how there's no quarterback there and Michael Floyd is going to fall. We're stuck here and it looks like we're going to have to BPA. I just pray that that BPA isn't considered Coples.

But isn't that what a 3-4 does?

a 4-3 emphasizes the Line a 3-4 the LBs

Then you have hybrids where you take the characteristics of both. What we run is a 4-3 that borrows the aggressive blitzing and zone blitz philosophy commonly used with 3-4 defenses.

You do realize that all 4-3 defensive schemes are NOT the same? Nah....I doubt you do.

You do realize that I can poop in one hand and have your pre draft opinion in the other and no one would be able to tell the difference

Well no crap. I was using pretty broad descriptions.

Sometimes by the comments you make it is hard to know what you understand. Those broad descriptions were a weak attempt to suggest that since we run a 4-3 we should focus on the d Line I was just pointing out we don't run a typical 4-3 base defense. I figured if you knew our scheme you wouldn't have made that point. Not when we already have starters who will be healthy at every position on the D line with backups as well.

The hilarious part is that he doesn't even realize that Kuechly is a poor fit for this 4-3.

You do use your left hand to poop into I hope. That is at least the most accepted practice in the world. A reason it is an insult in many countries to shake hands with your left hand.

Oh and lol at the people that want to force Kuechly into a spot because you hedged your bets about him before you realize he'd be a terrible fit here and now you aren't going to let go so you don't have to take the ego blow,

"We could move Beason outside, Kuechly will be way better!"

Anderson isn't even that good! Replace him with Kuechly!

I'll just add that to my list of Ways To Blow A First Round Draft Pick

Yeah lets ignore that Beason wil have limited mobility and explosion due to his injury and playing outside will be easier while he plays himself back. Lets ignore that Kuechly had much better production than beason coming out of college and is faster, bigger, and stronger than Beason before the injury.

Lets forget that Kuechly played OLB and MLB in college. And even if Beason comes back, that Davis is a longshot at best,

Lets forget everything we know about football and then you sound okay.......
