I see this point, but then you have to ask, "why does the NFL test prospects?" A playbook is a book too. Can he only play press man coverage? Can he handle zone responsibilities?

I would still take him at #9--didn't Gamble score a 9? He would taunt Claiborne--probaby say something like, "I am three times smarter than you!"

Keep in mind that it is PFT reporting this. They have a little history with reporting wrong Wonderlic scores, I guess to to drum up some drama.

The test actually is designed to test how "quickly" you process information under pressure. The actual questions are very easy and basic. The challenge is doing it under pressure and time constraints.

Has any player refused to take it? If the results are "leaked" (more like published) I'm surprised I've not heard of a player refusing to take it.

The only preparation anyone should need to score above a 4 is "Hey, you're about to take the wonderlic."
