Our First Round Draft Pick Will Be....

Quinton Coples. This guy was just impressive on the field as he was at the combine. He is a freak of nature at 6'6 and around 270-280 pounds. He also registered 15 tackles for loss and 7.5 sacks. On top of this, he is projected to be an even better run stuffer. So not only do we get a better run defense, but a guy with tremendous upside. Via Rotoworld, one scout was reported to say that this kid could do anything he wanted. He is that gifted. The downside is that his motor runs "hot and cold". That is probably why his sacks were not crazy high. However, people said the same about Peppers at times. I think Coples helps the defense the most of the draft picks that would be available, and is a much safer pick than Poe. I think Coples gives us what we need on the end, and could even be a Justin Tuck type of player who goes inside on third and long.

Then we can follow that up with a DT in the second round who would help greatly, and be much safer pick than Poe at that position.
