If Peppers is still on the team come training camp, will he extend the same wing?

I'd guess at this point Peppers is too selfish to be concerned about anyone else but himself, only way he'll help Brown is by Brown observing his technique and picking up things he can add to his game.

Rucker was drafted in 1999. White was retired that season. He didn't sign here until the following year.
