My First Mock

Round 1: Luke Kuechly LB. This kid is a stud. I love Beason, but we have to look out for the team and this kid has hall-of-fame potential.

Round 2: TRADE DOWN with the Jets. (They want Harrison Smith SS, who is still available at our pick) We get their 2nd, 5th and a 3rd next year. At 47 we take James Brown G/T. We need to protect Cam and there may not be a tackle prospect in the draft with more upside than this guy, who can also play G. So we take a guy that can play 4 spots on the O-line.

Round 4: George Iloka FS. Tall, long-limbed, physical, and good in coverage. This is the guy we draft to matchup with tight ends. Hopefully develops into a starter.

Round 5: Donnie Fletcher CB Took us awhile to get the corner that everyone wanted earlier but here he is. He's tall, fast and physical and has upside. Also is a teammate of Luke Kuechly and we know the Panthers like to draft teammates every year.

Round 5 (from Jets): Marvin McNutt WR a 6'4 receiver for Cam. Has leadership qualities and underrated potential.

Round 6: Russell Wilson QB Back-up quarterback of the future with potential for trade value if he develops well.

Round 6: Shaun Powell P Punter for the next 10-15 years

Round 7: Devon Wylie WR Return specialist

Good mock. Like the kuechy pick. Most people are gonna bash u for that but I think it's a good safe pick. Not to mention he's pretty damn good.

I think instead of trading our second to the jets so they can take Harrison that we should take him ourself.

We won't know that's who they want really, and the trade deal is too good to pass up. I like Iloka's size and speed mix better. Plus James Brown is going to be a very good player and we need to keep Cam healthy.
