How Do I Get Of Rid Of This poo Under My Username?

So at some point I guess I pissed off a mod and being the cool guy that he is he decided to add some made up poo, thats appears when youo scroll over my name? Any way to change it or even worth the hassle since whoever did it originallly can go back and do it again anyway?

Just type something else into your profile feed under "My Profile", whatever your most recent message is is what shows up there.
