Need Tips For Workouts To Drop Some More Weight. Help Please!

BMI is pointless. It doesn't take muscle mass into account. Body fat % is much more accurate. By BMI, I've been "obese" since my junior year of high school. I have never had more than 15% body fat.

pointless for people who have a lot of muscle mass. for the average person it makes sense.

Hey were you the one wanting to work out your bum but not do a bunch of squats? If so I found the exercise High and Tight from Brazil Butt Lift. It's amazing and easy on the knees.

LOL if that's what I think it is...MrPF really enjoyed the infomercial on that...have you done it??

I wouldn't put such a big importance on what the scale says. Put more on what your body fat % is. Old fashioned body calipers are cheap. If you belong to a gym, I'm sure they have the ability to measure that without you buying one.

I've got Brazil Butt Lift. It's alright, honestly it's pretty difficult. I don't use any of it but the High and Tight work out. I mix it in with p90x. I like High and Tight because it seems to lift and define. I already do a lot of squats and lunges with my plyo work out, this work out really focuses on the butt and is easy on the knees.

Oh yeah and the models are ridiculous. Fake eye lashes and no sweat. I hate that.

Oh it was complete bull poo. They kept switching between in the studio and on the beach. They had to be taking breaks. Worst part of the work out imo. I need to feel like the people are actually doing what they are telling me to do.

Right... my bmi is like 32 or something but I am no way obese. I lift 6 days a week...

Lots of good info here... diet is the real key to losing fat. I've been doing much better on mine... I started drinking coffee and cut out the sodas and that has helped a good bit too...

It is hard to describe how good it feels to be in great shape.

32% BMI is morbidly obeise. Are you sure about that Biscuit? You don't look it.

I just did it at my current weight and it's 29.8... I'm 6'0" at 220... I would estimate my body fat at around 12%

That's what I mean... I'm muscular like you said, so it doesn't really apply to me. I guess if I worked for the state or somewhere that did that BMI thing to determine your health insurance rates, I'd have to get a waiver from a Dr.

Holy poo, my BMI is 31%. But I'm not fat though. I was fat-ter I suppose. Thanks for the tips guys.

Unfortnutately where I live there's no gym close by. The closest gym is in the next town over. So what I'm doing is a lot of walking/running with my dog. He's a very hypber German shep/something mix. So we go running every day. But I do the other exercises every other day. I don't know if I should be letting my body rest more or less. I guess that's another problem. As far as eating, I haven't had junk food in over 9 months, been eating a lot more veggies, shakes in the morning when possible. Also been eating more than less. Meaning I eat 4-5 times a day, but in small portions.

I really should see a doctor but I don't have the time and money at the current time frame.

what really opened my eyes....track what you put in your mouth..(yes, that includes penis, jase)..everything you eat..everything you drink..you'll be surprised with how much you're actually consuming. I bought a food scale for $10..I use it every day. I'm basically done losing weight..but I still weigh my food..thinking you know what a cup of something weighs or measures out to could end up costing you hundreds of calories a day
