LOL, like I said, it's the first time I've played. I really have no idea wtf is going on... I'm wondering what are the games that are exclusive to each state though. One of my friends said the powerball version and all the smaller games are exclusive to here, but he doesn't know much about it either.

Only games that are controlled by the states are the scratch offs. PB & MM are national games.
