What should make everyone happy is that this is the year that Jake will play to stay. His destiny and swan song as a Panther is literally in his hands. If he plays well for us this coming year, then we'll all be happy. If he sucks, we should all be happy that he will be replaced.

No one will be able to say that he hasn't gotten a fair shake. He's played well for us most of the time, so I guess that the FO thinks that he has earned the right to prove himself. You can argue with that, but "it is what it is." So it's time to move on about Delhomme. Smile! Be happy!
