Some Pro day's are done so it's time for another mock. I have 2 here 1 with a trade 1 without.

WITHOUT Trade DOWN OPTION

1.Quinton Coples, DE, North Carolina

Height: 6-6. Weight: 284.

Makes our Pass rush better from day 1.

2.Trumaine Johnson, FS/CB, Montana

Height: 6-2. Weight: 204.

Tall sure tackling CB who matches up well with the taller WR in this league.

4. Demario Davis, OLB, Arkansas State

Height: 6-2. Weight: 235.

Lb depth and Speical team help who can start if TD doesn't make it back.

5. Terrell Manning*, OLB, N.C. State

Height: 6-2. Weight: 237.

Can be a back up at all 3 Lb spots.

6. Trevor Olson, OT/G, Northern Illinois

Height: 6-6. Weight: 306.

Can play tackle and Guard another Oline late depth pick.

7. Travis Benjamin, WR, Miami

Height: 5-10. Weight: 172.

KR/PR

Get a UDFA Punter and hoping we can get a Vet FA DT.

With Trade down to Cleveland 22 pick so they can get Tannehill. We get their 2nd round pick 37th and 3rd round 68th pick.

1. Michael Brockers*, DT, LSU

Height: 6-5. Weight: 322.

Could be droppping due to other DT rising young with great potenial at 22nd pick is great value.

2. Josh Robinson, CB, Central Florida

Height: 5-11. Weight: 199.

Moving up boards fast played man mostly in college will help special teams as well.

2nd 2. Chandler Jones, DE, Syracuse

Height: 6-5. Weight: 266.

Dline gets 2 young player who can play from day one.

3. Mychal Kendricks, OLB/ILB, California

Height: 5-11. Weight: 239.

40 Time: 4.41.

Adds speed and can play inside and outside.

4. Demario Davis, OLB, Arkansas State

Height: 6-2. Weight: 235.

Another good LB who can add depth or work in as a starter.

5. T.J. Graham, WR, North Carolina State

Height: 5-11. Weight: 188.

KR/PR

6. Trevor Olson, OT/G, Northern Illinois

Height: 6-6. Weight: 306.

Good late Oline pick who can play guard and tackle.

7. Shaun Powell, P, Florida State

Height: 6-4. Weight: 235.

Jason Baker replacement.

I know the 2nd mock is a dream but it can happen.

I like both drafts as well. Im starting to lean towards getting Coples first round b/c it would immediately upgrade our pass rush. Charles Johnson and Quinton Coples would become one of the best tandems in the league in a few years.

    • First of all Sooners fan? Mods? Second if you think someone needs a specific reason to hate Texas you don’t watch real college football.
    • 100% even if rest of team is really talented if they march young out to be qb and he plays like he has for 90% of his starts the panthers have already lost doesnt even matter how good the rest of the team is or isnt and also makes it hard to even tell how good they are.  They need true competition for young this offseason.
    • It will be awesome to have an improved stadium to lose in I guess....   https://www.yahoo.com/news/panthers-file-rezoning-bank-america-111500840.html     The Carolina Panthers have taken another necessary step toward renovating their home of the present and future. Panthers Stadium, LLC, filed its rezoning site plan with the city of Charlotte on Monday, initiating an important — if mostly technical — step toward renovating Bank of America Stadium. The filings state that the rezoning relates “primarily to technical aspects associated with improvements to Bank of America Stadium,” and that the rezoning is required because “the current stadium zoning is out of date” for the team’s stadium renovation plans.   The planned stadium updates include new seats installed throughout the upper and lower bowls; stadium safety and security enhancements; a reimagined South Lawn Pavilion; upgraded restrooms; exterior enhancements (including LED video boards) and more. Planning for the stadium renovation project will continue through 2025, with construction starting in 2026 and the renovation’s conclusion in 2029, The Observer previously reported.
