I think he is as good a prospect as Joe Haden was.. I remember Joe Haden ran a poor 40 time at the combine, then redeemed himself at his proday.. identical to Claiborne. They are both elite in coverage. I don't remember Revis as a prospect.. did not pay attention to that position because CB wasn't a need back then.

Style wise, I'd like to compare him to Joe Haden out of those players. Both great play makers and have great ball skills.

Personally I think he is a better corner than Patrick Peterson.

And speaking of Haden, Janoris always seemed like the better corner at UF when they played together.

Claiborn and Kirkpatrick are basically Peterson and Amukamara of last year. With the exception there are 2 or 3 more good CBs in this draft. Honesty I would be happy with either and both will be impact players in the right situations.

Not too sure about that. I believe Claiborne and Janoris are the top two CBs (Jenkins could have been the top CB taken if it wasn't for his past).

To each his own. Like I said there are some really good CBs in this draft. I just think Kirkpatrick is above him with his size and his tackling ability.

Think I would have to say Claiborne resembles DRC the most. As for Kirkpatrick, he's always been one of my favorite prospects mostly because of how much he reminds me of Chris Gamble. I'd love fore Chris to be able to mentor Dre.

Agreed and there is a reason that the Panthers have not interviewed any CBs. Its cause they dont want to show there hand on who they like the most. Either that or they are happy with Capt. and I hope thats not the case...

Yea, it's doubtful that Claiborne falls to them. There really isn't another CB worth taking at 9, so they would most likely target one in the second round. Either that or they like Hogan to be the starter...
