Hurney already stated they couldn't talk to teams unless Pep signed. It is my understanding they risk violation regardless of who initiates.

*yeah, I just doubled checked the observing quoting him a while back. Hurney said the only person they can talk to is the agent and only he could bring them an offer and not another team.

its prob the same sources that said the panthers wasn't even close to working on a contract with jake. and then all of a sudden he was extended. or maybe its the same source that said peppers was about to be traded to new England or the one that said we were trading for cutler. there's a reason the FO has been so quiet lately. there not juss sittin around and playin cards behind those closed doors. im confident something is bein worked out
