ESPN's Adam Schefter reports that the Jaguars have jumped "back in the mix" to trade for The Golden Calf of Bristol with Wednesday's Jets deal on hold.

It's worth noting that Jim Thomas of the St. Louis Post-Dispatch reported earlier Wednesday that the Rams never extended a formal trade offer for The Golden Calf of Bristol. So the Rams no longer appear to be serious bidders. The Jets are refusing to pay the required $5 million "kick back" in The Golden Calf of Bristol's rookie contract, but the Jaguars have more salary cap space and may be willing. Stay tuned.
