Sooo...should this cop go to jail?

In my opinion, if a person is handcuffed and sitting on the ground and kicks you in the shin, you take two steps back and say "Quit it". No need to knock them the fug out with a kick to the head. That kick could very well have cause permanent brain damage to that woman.

The cop should absolutely be convicted... she should have been convicted of assault on a police officer as well, but what he did was not "self defense."
