The Claiborne Watch

With the signing of Haruki, is Claiborne as wanted or should we go after DL now? If Haruki is a fraction of Reed, and we then got Morris how sick would that be?!

I like the signing of Haruki a lot, but are we already saying there is a chance he may be a fraction of Reed? That is completely unfair expectations. Just because he played behind Reed doesn't mean he is going to be a similar player. None of us have seen him play an extended amount and cannot make that statement. There is a chance he is not even starting next year and is here strictly for special teams. With all that said I pray every night that Claiborne somehow falls to us.

Rams also going after Tracy Porter, might be scratching them out the Claiborne watch real soon.

Tracy Porter would be more of a nickel; he's old and could help Claiborne if the Rams picked up Claiborne. I doubt they do regardless though.

Yeah no Christmas gift would make me happier than getting a nasty corner for sure. It appears to me that Claiborne is a more special talent in his position than any of the DT's are. Brockers didnt impress me I guess although he fits the bill and Poe has question marks.

So I would go corner before DT in this draft when we're talking Panthers, but overall I would prefer having a nasty DT before having second strong corner.

Instant Impact DTs are once in every 10 years and the rest take 3-4 years to understand that everyone they will face is just as big. I think Fua and McClain will be good DTs given time put to help that transition we need 2 ready DTs.

So in other words yes I would like a nasty DT as well but its just not in this draft and one wont be for a while. Its why I said and say we need CB this year to erase one of our weak spots. Its a passing league and we are in a Passing Div with good WRs everywhere so Capt. at CB2 is not going to cut it.

This seems more like a middle school cat fight over who's the more impressive looking slut. (talking to you razey and and peppers) Perhaps we could discuss football now yes?

Yea got blown outta proportion. I now feel bad for challenging someone who doesnt understand really anything. I throw feces at him, he picks them up and starts playing with it.

I couldn't imagine any Panthers fan that would want to pass on Claiborne if he is available to draft when our pick comes up, but I think we have someone.

He has been a starter since he got to New Orleans now he is more of a nickel?? Rams just got Finnegan and Porter opposite him would be a good secondary, not to mention he is gonna command starter money anyway. Above all, who the Rams already have on there roster at CB that would be better than him besides Finnegan? Come on man be smarter that, and he is not old.

Yea I didnt understand why he said that either, this is like Porter's 5th season. He would easily be our #2. Someone that far off I just dont even respond to.
