The reason Manning will not join Miami

I dont even know what's going on anymore. Just sign with a team and sit yo ass down

At some point you wonder how much of this is a show, like it was with Favre, and how much of it is actually him trying to pick a team.

According to Mike Klis of the Denver Post, four teams remain in the Peyton chase: Broncos, Cardinals, Dolphins, Titans. Klis writes that the Broncos are one of the top two teams.

And despite speculation that Peyton Manning had concerns about playing in Miami with receiver Brandon Marshall, Klis reports that Manning considered Marshall an asset.

There’s still no timetable for a decision. With each passing minute, the Dolphins come closer to missing a shot at quarterback Matt Flynn, who spent four years in Green Bay with new Dolphins coach Joe Philbin. And with the Cardinals having to make a decision on Kevin Kolb’s contract by 4:00 p.m. ET on Friday, additional teams could slide off the list not because Peyton removes them, but because they remove themselves.

Peyton is 35 and coming off of 3 neck surgries. No telling how long Manning will play before getting hit hard in that neck area. Manning just needs to pick a team and get it over with. Who cares anymore. Manning is a old man now. He has a few years left at best.

    • Honestly Bryce is a conundrum right now I'm not really sure what we should do with him but I am content on him being the quarterback number one going into next season. I think we should allow him the chance to play out the season to prove that he's the quarterback he can be going into next season.  I would not waste a high draft pick on a quarterback because I'm not sure anyone in this up and coming class is as good or has the ceiling that he had with that said I wouldn't throw away the future I would bring in someone like Justin Fields to have him looking over his shoulder and give us a plan b if everything doesn't go right on a one-year deal. I think the priority right now if tepper wants to make a big splash is find a way to get Travis Hunter that would be option 1AA because he helps with both sides of the field either way whatever you need defense or offense. Make that happen and then go mostly defense the rest of the way and we're cooking.
    • Move on from what?   Let me guess we gatekeeping on who we can and can't appreciate?   Next time I will just make a Kuechly appreciation thread lmao
