I got you, I feel we usually say that but each year good players come from all spots in the draft. Let me say this, just based off the most popular mock draft (Walterfootball) would you rather have Claiborne if we're lucky or brockers compared to Devon still and Mark B.? Not arguing just asking your serious opinion.

Rather have a top ten pick and trade our second round and whatever to gain another pick in the first since we don't draft well in the second and do well in the first. More quality. Not less. Who would want such low picks. Its like giving up your A or B+ for a B or C+

I think our pick at #9 still allows us to get a cornerstone player for the franchise and trading back to 27 or 31(or wherever the Pats are) is just too far down the line.

That's a really crap spot to be in. At 9 you've got some good talent not to mention the possibility one of the top 8 talents falls to you.

I definitely would not do it until draft day when it was our turn to pick, and I probably wouldn't even do it then.
