I do everything online..I'm the only one that swipes a card on my account, so I know exactly what should or shouldn't be on there..I check it every day..I know exactly how much is in there...or not in there

Not that I would know, but whatever you do is going to be something she remembers for the rest of her life, and she will tell all of her friends about EVERY single moment, down to what you both were wearing to how you smelled to what you did leading up to the question.

And she is trying to piece a package together for me that would include a night at the hotel, dinner at the Charleston Grill, and the marquee change.

See if you can stay on the concierge(executive floor) don't know what your budget is but if this is a once in a lifetime event, do it......they have free drinks (alcholic and non-alcholic) and all day snacks, and a continental breakfast. Good way to let her have breakfast in the bed from you. As an aside last time I was there I got the hotel to charter a boat for me and the wife. I know someone else offered a plan for you but proposing on a boat in the harbor would kind of be cool.
