He (or they) chose to give TD 32 million coming off of two big injuries when he wasn't even a FA. Regardless of whether or not it's easy to get out of it wasn't necessary.

I would assume nfl.com would be the accurate number, seeing as they actually have all the teams cap info. Espn has to speculate as to what cap situations are.

That's not counting the 1.6 or any restructures or cuts that have taken place today.

It's really way more then that. In the least the team is 2.9 Million under the cap.
