personally, I think they knew the NFL was going to punish the redskins and cowboys, they just didnt know by how much, so they waited for that extra salary cap to be divied out before doing anything.

Denver is 38 Mil under the cap, so I could see it. Most of that cap money is gonna be offered to Peyton.

yeah and Denver needs a back, i personally dont know why Peyton would want to go to Denver and i think Denver should use that money on defense, mainly another corner and a safety.
