If you would tell me what any FO person, coaching staff member or fan's salary has to do with the Panthers' salary cap, I would appreciate it.

They laid off the regular folks because they apparently were costing the organization too much money, but threw $40 million at a poor, old QB with a surgically repaired elbow that ended our season.

Would you have no problem with that if you had been one of the ones that had been laid off?

Fan #2: ..but... but... the playoff game!! :(

Fan #2: ..but... but... the economy!! :(

Fan #2: ..but... but... he is the worse QB evah!! :(

You guys are funny... but don't let me interrupt you. As you were...

:lurk5:

can you keep a running record of each complaint? that would be fun to see.

Exactly. No one can ever again say this is a classy organization after the way they weren't able to find the money to pay people like you and me $40,000 a year to work on a website or whatever, but they had plenty of money to give Jake $40 million lol.

In breaking news today, a study has found athletes make more than the general population.

Trim the fat? Nothing says trimming the fat like paying a washed-up QB that much money. Jake IS the fat. He's the cancer plaguing this organization.

Also, why do people keep saying this is just a "cap move"? Again, you don't give someone $20 million if it's just a "cap move".
