When do we have to be under the Cap?

Here's what's going to happen:

1) We will be under the cap on time with little pain.

2) One way or another, we will keep the players Marty and Ron want.

3) We will find a way to sign the players we want from other teams' FA, unless those players want to go elsewhere.

No reason to panic. I'll be more nervous worrying about a signature MH trade on draft day.

i'm sure the front office was waiting to hear about that salary cap punishment for the cowbitches and redskins as well, to see how much that was going to net them. that would make a difference in who gets restructured and how.
