Anyone here listing their homes/properties for DNC housing?

I used to do it for Furninture Market when I lived in HP. Thought about the DNC but too much going on to tackle that.

My parents do it for the Masters every year. It's giving me incentive to do some upgrades around/outside the house without having to spend my own money.

I know a guy in Augusta who rented his house Masters Week and used it to pay off his mortgage. He charged like $5,000 for the week.

I thought about this last week. It'd be too weird having others stay in my house. And I'd have to clean...

If they're gonna pay me 500-1000/night, I can afford to hire a maid for a week.

I just bought my house and I'd like to have it painted, but I don't want to do it myself. If I get 500 a night I could get it painted or go on vacation.

If I can get 1000 a night, I can afford to go on vacation and get it painted.

There are sites dedicates to listing your house. There is always craigslist as well.

If so, was just curious where you had listed and for how much.

I just listed my townhome for 500/night and I'm a block outside of Uptown. Seems many people in SouthEnd have listed their properties for 1000+ per night :eek:

I would if I had some slum housing that I could rig with.........

Those who plan on renting your house should bug it with mic's and cameras... that way if any young, upcoming politician does anything suspect you could have something to sell to the media.

Rented my place today.

$2500 in exchange for spending a few nights at my parents place isn't a bad trade off in my opinion.

Volume is really picking up right now, so if anyone is interested in renting, now is the time to get your rooms/homes listed.
