Fox doesn't have any ground on prestige over Whisenhunt from a coaching standpoint. You can also assume from a competitive standpoint, that the advantage of playing in the NFC West is comparable to the AFC West.

this has more to do with the fact that Peyton is hesitant to play in the NFC, which would force him to play his brother more often.

Manning with the Denver defense sounds more promising than AZ, who put all their money into Kolb. In fact manning + their defense in that division to me would be more tempting.

Agreed. Denver has a decent defense but not a lot of talent on offense. Maybe they're pitching the Reggie Wayne + Dallas Clark + Pierre Garcon deal as well.

Arizona probably has the strongest pitch considering how well Kurt Warner did down there in the twilight of his career. Peyton could give them a couple more good years and they could end up back in the Superbowl. Couldn't really find a better WR to throw to than Larry Fitz.

He is looking for a team in a very weak division so he has a better chance to back into the playoffs. He apparently wants no part of playing in a division with Brady and the Patriots.

I really would like to see him in AZ, but only for FF reasons. I have Fitz in a keeper league, and am wondering if he should be my second and final kept player. It would be a very easy decision if Peyton signs there.
