ERFAs (exclusive rights free agent) means we are the only one who can sign them. They get 540,000 each once they sign the tenders. RFAs are tendered at a particular level, established at either the level we value them at, or where they were drafted. The higher the tender like a first rounder tender, the higher the cost to tender them. If they go somewhere else, it cost the other team that pick to obtain them.
