Thomas Davis lobbying for Poe

It sucks for TD. His body keeps rejecting the donor tissue. That's why the knee keeps failing. His body rejects the tissue and his immune system literally attacks the tissue and starts breaking it down. Maybe this time he will be lucky and his body won't reject it. My father had the same surgery, but he was lucky enough that his body didn't reject the tissue.

What's this about? Something that happened after this past season's injury?

If the body is rejecting the tissue than he wouldn't be making it all the way back to playing form.

your father also wasn't a physical freak likely who then would go out and put an absurd strain on his body.

I tend to agree with Gantt alot these days....I think Davis is just too fast and explosive for his body to hold up to it.

I fuged up and read the comment section. That poo kills more brain cells than drinking a bottle of turpentine. One "fan" called TD the "Dan Connor" of this era's panthers. D'oh!

lulz, you know those people are in here too.

I think we really need Poe or Brockers guys. Though I'm more intrigued with Poe just because he is so damn big. We've got nip DT in the bud once and for all. We've been seeing guys like Nick Hayden get blown up at the line for what 3 years now? It's time to do something about it.

I even like McClain and Fua and I think they could be good players but damn we need 1st round talent on the line. There is a serious disparity in 1st round players from offense to defense on this team and you can be sure there is a correlation in the success of the units(even with the injuries).

There will be a comparable DT available in the 2nd....reaching for one doesn't make it a better move than grabbing a comparable guy in the 2nd. Deep draft at DT...really it is splitting hairs how to rank them.

Poe was considered by most experts to be the 4th 5th or 6th best before the combine. That was based on his tape and the fact he was a big freak. Him moving up in certain ranking isn't bc he is clearly better....it is bc there isn't much of a difference in them....you can rank them anyway you want.

Poe's got such short arms for a guy his size, kinda reminds me of a T-Rex.

And those little arms make you a beast on a weight bench....doesn't make you the strongest DT in this draft on a football field. I am sure opposing OLman like DL with T Rex arms...

If u ask majority of the players on the team they would all say DT. I am 100% sure Beason would say it too because he is always talking about having a big dominant DT in front of him to make his job easier. Deangleo would too because he said it on one of his streams earlier in the season so its not just because Poe went to Memphis. So no, this is not an excuse to save anybodies job. Its all about making the team better.
