That's how you know high gas prices are here to stay

I had BP credit card for the past 4 years. I was getting back 5% on every $1 spent on my gas. Even when gas prices were $5 a gallon I was still getting 5% back. This month BP switched us (members) to $0.11 for every gallon purchased... First change since BP released it's credit card. Gas companies expecting price of gasoline to go through the roof sometime this year so they trying to save themselves from paying $50-$100 a month in gas rebates. That's how you know poo is gonna be bad soon.

I just bought a Tundra.

My bossness > Gas Prices

I used to have a Tundra. Loved it, til gas got to $4/gal. $100 weekly fill ups killed me.

I got a GTI last fall; it's not the greatest mileage car but on the highway I can get 32MPG with it and it's still a blast - the old Jeep was doing 22 on the highway and was as unfun to drive as anything could be I think. I still keep it around for towing and lugging around dirty or oversized stuff.

    • Honestly Bryce is a conundrum right now I'm not really sure what we should do with him but I am content on him being the quarterback number one going into next season. I think we should allow him the chance to play out the season to prove that he's the quarterback he can be going into next season.  I would not waste a high draft pick on a quarterback because I'm not sure anyone in this up and coming class is as good or has the ceiling that he had with that said I wouldn't throw away the future I would bring in someone like Justin Fields to have him looking over his shoulder and give us a plan b if everything doesn't go right on a one-year deal. I think the priority right now if tepper wants to make a big splash is find a way to get Travis Hunter that would be option 1AA because he helps with both sides of the field either way whatever you need defense or offense. Make that happen and then go mostly defense the rest of the way and we're cooking.
    • Move on from what?   Let me guess we gatekeeping on who we can and can't appreciate?   Next time I will just make a Kuechly appreciation thread lmao
