Panthers expected to not tender Schwartz

He'll be in a panther uniform this season. By not tendering him does it imply he won't sign up with the team later.

If we don't resign him, holy hell we might be picking up a Guard in the first or second round.

I'd be surprised if someone doesn't ****** him up.

They may indeed be looking at upgrading the overall quality of the offensive line.

Yeah, but worst case scenario, it's hard to beat quality if you have a guy who started an entire season as a backup.

I'm guessing DG was right in that we may have lowballed him, he didn't accept, so we didn't tender him.

I hate letting guys like Schwartz go... They end up being quality starters elsewhere and it seems like we keep revolving door at their positions (think Mathis, Montgomery, Hangartner, Omiyale, etc.).

Omiyale SUCKED in Chicago....lost his starting job...and then got cut.
