The odds of Beason coming back like he was, are not that good

Mentioning all these injuries, reminds me of 2008 when I tore my patellar tendon. Boy was that rough. It makes me wonder how all these players can bounce back from injuries like that. I haven't been the seen since (probably mentally) I guess that is why they are called athletes and I am not lol. They have God given gifts. Anywho, back on subject, I'm rooting on Beason as well as Davis. Hoping they can come back to a career year like Smith in 2005. Hey it can happen :)

how in the world did you actually tear your patellar tendon?

Beason should just get HGH injections regularly and take the 4 game suspension if he gets caught. It would be worth the risk.

Frankly there might be something to what you said.

Here is another one about a former steelers doctor who said it should be legal for healing tendons.

It was a freak accident. Sadly It was on the day when I watched my Grandpa get buried. I was outside playing basketball to get my mind off of things with friends. I wasn't jumping, or running at all. I had my foot planted and turned, then pop I dropped like it was nothing. ER physicians were shocked, asking me what did I do to myself. It was rough. Long rehab, I am a step slower I believe.

Agree that he could still be a good player. Just doubt he will ever be the beast that he once was. It just does not typically work that way.

And to all of the homers out there.....saying that Beason is all heart will NOT change the fact of how players recover from this injury.

It is unlikely that he will EVER be at the same level.

it's hilarious that you're making this point for beason when i made a very similar argument regarding davis and you wrote up a retarded diatribe against me for it lol

This whole thread is about 55 love for Kuechly.

I hope you won't be to hurt if we don't pick him.

I admit I like him but honestly other than Newton, they rarely go with my picks and I have remained a fan since 1995. But when I was doing some research on the Kuechly thread I saw this article on a Texans forum about Demeco Ryans since apparently he and Beason have talked. So I thought I would share. I am also on the Poe Bandwagon, the Clairborne bandwagon and even could see the Coples express. I have been saying that I think Linebacker is one of our biggest needs even bigger than DT or corner right now. If we picked up someone in FA and kept Connor I would be happy as well. I surely hope Beason and Davis come back 100% but saw what happened to the defense when they went down. Even when DT play improved with the addition of some vets the linebacker play outside of Anderson was pathetic. I don't want to go through another season like that.

I just truly believe that Kuechly can be our next Dan Morgan and would like us to pick him. He is the best defensive player in the draft by some analyst's estimate. Don't sweat it, that almost assures we won't.
