I think Patriots will pull a trigger. They need speedy guy bad and Vincent Jackson will be overpaid by someone else. Probably Redskins.

I'd look at the teams near the bottom half of the draft. First name I think is the Patriots, although Cleveland has the most ammo to trade on draft day (but they'll probably move up to #s).

Chicago, Redskins (if they don't trade up for RG3 maybe)...idk.

If I'm not mistaken, signing a tagged player away costs THAT TEAM'S pick (I don't think they get to choose which 1st if they have multiple), so no way the Browns give up their #4. I think NE is the obvious answer, especially since their own 1st round pick is lower than their other one.
