The Panthers will probably have rough 10 million to spend this offseason after restructering and releasing. If we can sign him at about 5 mil for net season I'd be happy. Another option would be Braylon Edwards who could come here at half that price.

Why would I do that if I like a team? Go read the 49ers message board and the Vikinhd message board. I am confident they are all talking about the possibilites of adding Vincent Jackson and the reasons for and against it.
